It is suitable for anyone from 5 to 65 years.

WHO CAN DO RIVER KAYAKING?

It is restricted for age 16 years and above (reasonably fit people).

WHAT TO WEAR?

Leave the designer outfits at home!

Simmers, Board Shorts or T Shirt is recommended.

Remember to bring change of clothes.

AGE GROUPS

Adults                                    : 13 years and above

Children                                 : 5 years to 12 years

Infants                                   : 4 years and under

Family                                    : Up to 2 Adults and 3 children/infants.

VEGETARIAN FOOD

We cater for all special dietary requirements, however advance information is fully required.

RAFTING / KAYAKING EQUIPMENT?

We supply all technical equipment for the activity we offer such as safety helmet, life jacket, paddles.

All normal booking MUST be paid for in advance.

ONLINE BOOKING

Receive a 10% discount for direct booking online through this website with condition of 50% advanced deposit must be made or 15% discount when 100% advanced full payment is made during this booking.

This condition applies for direct booking only.

We only accept major credit cards; Visa, Master, JCB and American Express.

DO YOU ACCEPT TRAVELERS CHECK?

We do accept travelers check, however we would need copy of passport to process this payment.

CHANGE ON BOOKINGS

Your Program may be changed to another Bali Adventure Tour's Program at any time 48 hours prior to tour without any charge. PAYMENT

All prices are per person in US dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bali Adventure Tours / Bali Adventure Rafting reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour due to water or weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or you may alter to another tour program or another day.

You will receive no refund:

• If you give less than 2 days notice
• If you miss the tour departure (e.g. sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, etc)
• If you do not turn up for pick up
• If we have to cancel the booking because of client is unsuitable due to age, ill health, poor fitness, disability, intoxication, etc.

If you wish to cancel we will keep a 10% administration fee.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

The client is urged to protect his/her investment with travel insurance. The Company provides accident expenses insurance up to USD 100,000.
